Hello everyone and welcome
I have made a few changes over the last couple of months.
One of them being I have changed the name of my blog.
This was a decision by me to hone in and refocus so I can really get out of this blog what I want to achieve
I want to advocate for people living with Migraine Disease and share my lived experiences to provide information, comfort, hope and understanding to our community and beyond.
I want people to know that on your darkest day when your pain is unbearable you do not walk alone. There is always someone walking the same path you are.
So there will be more focused and hopefully useful blog articles coming soon.
If you have any suggestions for blog topics please let me know below or on instagram.
All my old blog articles are still in the archives if you want to read any of them I won’t be deleting them but my new content may be a bit different.
